Vitasora Health is US connected care — CCM and RPM — for providers.

Before. Patient care, workflow, and billing sat on multiple systems and third-party software.

Built. One operating platform on iCare. They call it vCare.

Time. A few months to stand up the integrated CM/RPM application. Their FY26 report: all CCM on the platform by the June quarter; remaining RPM substantially completed shortly after.

Result (FY26 report). Materially lower software costs. Improved billing productivity. Customer receipts A$1.66m to A$3.97m. Operating revenue A$3.09m to A$4.29m.

They did not receive a new ONC certification. The cert stayed with iCare.
